Chiptuning performance upgrade – ECU optimization for more horsepower
Expert ECU Optimization

Chiptuning: More Power for Your Vehicle

Professional engine remapping for petrol and diesel vehicles – developed on the dynamometer. Noticeably more power without compromising reliability.

What is Chiptuning?

Chiptuning involves upgrading the software within your vehicle's Engine Control Unit (ECU). The ECU – effectively a small computer – houses all the data for engine management: ignition timing, fuel injection, boost pressure, and more. This data is stored on an EEPROM (chip).

We extract this software and specifically optimize it for European driving conditions. Factory software is programmed conservatively – it has to function smoothly even in arctic temperatures and with low-quality fuel. We tap into these safety reserves to unleash more power from your engine.

Reputable chiptuners like us develop new software on a rolling road dynamometer – a meticulous process that takes 1 to 4 days. This explains the price differences in the market. We strongly advise against cheap tuning offers, as generic, copy-paste files often result in unpleasant consequences. We find ourselves fixing issues caused by budget tuners on an almost weekly basis.

Expected Performance Gains

Petrol (Naturally Aspirated)

5% – 12% increase in power through optimized ignition and injection maps.

Turbo-Diesel

20% – 35% increase in power thanks to optimized boost pressure, injection quantity, and ignition timing.

Turbo-Petrol

Up to 50% increase in power – while always prioritizing a safe and reliable tune.

Chiptuning FAQ

Is chiptuning harmful to the engine?
Professional chiptuning utilizes the factory safety reserves of your engine and is not harmful when done correctly. It's crucial that the software is developed on a dynamometer. Cheap tuning files downloaded from the internet, however, can lead to serious mechanical damage.
Will I lose my manufacturer's warranty?
Chiptuning can affect the manufacturer's warranty. We provide transparent advice regarding potential impacts before proceeding with any modifications. Just ask us during your consultation.
How long does chiptuning take?
The actual programming usually takes 1 to 3 hours, depending on the vehicle model. In some cases, the ECU must be physically removed, which requires additional time.
Can chiptuning be reversed?
Yes, we always back up the original software before making any changes. The chiptuning can be fully reversed at any time – returning your vehicle exactly to its original factory state.

More Power, Less Consumption – Your Chiptuning in Frankfurt am Main

Do you dream of noticeably more torque, effortless overtaking, and a completely new driving experience? We make it happen. Many vehicles leave the factory with restricted standard settings to function globally. This means your engine is running far below its true capabilities.

We unlock this hidden potential. Instead of relying on cheap standard software, we individually read out your Engine Control Unit and precisely adjust parameters such as ignition, injection, and boost pressure. The result is not only a performance increase of 5% to 12% for naturally aspirated engines, 20% to 35% for turbo diesels, and potentially even more for turbo petrols – but usually also lower fuel consumption.

The longevity of your engine is our top priority. We exclusively utilize factory safety margins and develop our software on state-of-the-art dynamometers. Cheap tuning can quickly lead to severe engine damage – invest in reputable quality that brings joy to driving right from the start. We also offer professional mileage calibration.
